ESTABLISHMENT OF PROPERTY SERVICES CORPORATION.

Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-227, dated 29th June, 1989, submitted
jointly by the Premier, Treasurer, and Minister for
Ethnic Affairs, and the Minister for Administrative
Services, in relation to this matter.
The Minister for Administrative Services is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including the preparation of the necessary legislation.
HIGHER EDUCATION LEGISLATION.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-219, dated 23rd June, 1989, submitted
by the Minister for Education and Youth Affairs in
relation to this matter.
The Minister for Education and Youth Affairs is to take
the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.
