the New England market, the principals of
Northbridge fully understand and appreciate
the needs and expectations of seniors and
their families. At the inception of Northbridge
Companies, the management team, led by Jim
Coughlin and Wendy Nowokunski, imagined
an organization where their collective years
of experience within the senior living industry
would provide “the greatest generation” with
a new and better next generation of senior
living. This vision of the next generation of
senior living goes well beyond a thoughtfully
designed community, and includes programs
that add real value to the lives of our residents.
Such programs include both mental and physical
昀椀tness, delicious dining experiences with menus
that use locally grown seasonal produce and
an innovative approach to activities, creating a
vibrant community. We also pride ourselves on
our energy awareness, which provides residents
the opportunity to thoughtfully conserve
resources and give back to generations to
come. Northbridge is about looking beyond
the everyday management of senior housing
to develop environments, programs and
partnerships that enhance the lives of our
residents, their families, our associates, and the
communities in which we serve.
