The client instructed Nicholsons to produce an overall landscape
strategy as well as detailed landscape designs for this large
warehouse and distrubu琀椀on complex. The design incorporates
the crea琀椀on of diverse wildlife habitats, including ponds, bu琀琀er昀氀y
banks, na琀椀ve scrub and a central ecological corridor. Perimeter
paths, incorpora琀椀ng 昀椀tness stops and gathering pavillions,
emphasise the importance of wellness to the communi琀椀es who
enjoy this space.
