RESPONSE
GRANTS
Nia Tero's COVID Response granting activity in
2020 had global outreach, spanning the three
primary regions where we work, plus regional
grants closer to our headquarters in the Pacific
Northwest, and around the world. Out of 164
total grants in 2020, 39 grants represent a
wide range of COVID-specific responses, from
supporting communication and awareness in
Pasifika, to rapid response emergency funds in
Amazonia, emergency food, supply systems,
and personal protective equipment.
