NOTES FROM OUR CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

tata whakamaua kia tina.”
“Always seek to bring the distant horizons
closer; but, at the same time, reach out
and grasp the close horizons.”
The above is an old proverb of my
people, the Māori of New Zealand,
reflecting the perspective of a
Pacific voyaging people. It also
resonates for us at Nia Tero.
We are also voyagers, though a
different kind.
