work to enhance leadership development
and succession, thereby contributing to local
durable support and guardianship of territories. This program also provides Fellows
with the necessary soft skills to strengthen
their ability to share messages outside their
territories, while connecting them to networks of Indigenous leaders and other
communities more broadly.
