This one-day course from the Royal
Forestry Society (RFS) is designed
for those who wish to improve their
understanding of ash dieback and the
management of woods containing
ash trees. Participants will learn about
the symptoms, spread and severity
of ash dieback; implications for
safety and timber quality; operational
issues in managing the disease; and
information on grant aid to assist
restocking. There will be an outdoor
practical session during the afternoon.
