APPENDIX 1: PROOF OF PERMANENT RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS
IN ALL CASES, EVIDENCE SHOULD COMPRISE ANY THREE OF THE FOLLOWING, SHOWING
THE ADDRESS OF THE PERMANENT RESIDENCE IN THE HOLIDAY CARAVAN/HOLIDAY LODGE
OWNER’S NAME. THE PARK OWNER/OPERATOR WILL SPECIFY WHAT EVIDENCE THEY
REQUIRE AND ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION NECESSARY TO SATISFY THEIR CHECKS. THE
PARK OWNER/OPERATOR MAY ASK FOR OTHER EVIDENCE IF THEY THINK IT IS NECESSARY
TO BE SURE THE HOLIDAY CARAVAN/HOLIDAY LODGE IS BEING USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THE TERMS OF THE LICENCE AGREEMENT. IN ANY EVENT THE PARK OWNER/OPERATOR WILL
ONLY REQUIRE THREE PIECES OF EVIDENCE TO SATISFY THIS REQUIREMENT.
This list reflects the evidence required by HMRC for a person to show proof of permanent residence.

holiday lodge to ensure that it is being used in accordance with the terms of the Licence Agreement,
