The MIR-90 simultaneously displays infrared and probe temperature
readings. This unit offers non-contact measurement of surfaces with
its built-in infrared sensor and core temperature measurement with
its fold-away penetration probe. The probe adjusts through 180°
allowing the user to select the angle of measurement. Ideal for food
preparation and food service applications.

The MIR-98 combines the qualities of an infrared thermometer for noncontact surface measurement with a penetration probe for core
temperature measurements. The display simultaneously displays
infrared and probe temperatures. The probe is foldable and adjustable
through 180°, locking in place at 45, 90, 135, and 180°.
