3.2 CONTRACTURAL INTERFACES

For the safe management of construction activities, regulation 4, 5 and 8 of The
Construction (Design and Management) Regulations require competent people to be
appointed with clear responsibilities and lines of communication.

Ensure that suitable arrangements are made, reviewed, and
maintained to manage the health and safety risks involved in the

permanent/construction works.
