2.3.13 The following Sector Information Minute (SIM) was issued to HSE Inspectors in 2010 to
provide an understanding of the procedural control of temporary works and to give an
indication of initial enforcement action in figure 1. Note that this SIM references the
Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 and is undergoing an update.
