The good news: Thus far, research shows that the pandemic has not derailed women’s long-term gains in pursuit of greater parity.
As the data on page 8 demonstrate, progress remains far too slow — but, in most areas, we are still moving forward compared to
when we started tracking these vital categories over a decade ago. One notable exception: California’s congressional delegation.
