educator workforce including your teacher

to work in a variety of environments with
diverse students.
Maryland and many other states are
implementing strategies to strengthen
the educator pipeline and diversify the
workforce including “grow-your-own”
programs and other initiatives. How
do you think we should be supporting
and encouraging students to enter
