ROUNDTABLE DATA
BREAKDOWN
The percentage of participants who identify as Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, and Asian are similar to Maryland’s
racial and ethnic demographics from the 2021 American Community Survey (ACS). When requesting recommendations for
roundtable participants, engagement partners were asked to prioritize racial, ethnic, linguistic, and geographic diversity in order
to ensure participants reflected the rich diversity of the state.
