M&M Vehicle Corporation proudly marks the conclusion of its 32nd year dedicated to the production
of aluminum and steel goods, tailored to assist golf or utility vehicle dealers in transforming used golf
cars into versatile, purpose-specific vehicles. We invite you to leverage this catalog as an effective
sales tool, with our comprehensive product range also available on our website.
Freight Policy: We extend complimentary freight services for orders exceeding $3,000.00,
excluding roll-on units, special orders, and individual items surpassing $3,000.00. This offer
encompasses seat kits, utility boxes, stretch kits, as well as parts and accessories. For orders of
$3,000.00 or more shipped outside the continental U.S., a credit of $150.00 will be applied to the
freight invoice. Freight charges will be incurred at the time of shipment, with residential fees not
covered under the free freight policy. We encourage obtaining freight quotes.
Claims Procedure: Shortages should be reported within 10 days of shipment. M&M Vehicles will
promptly dispatch any missing parts at our expense via regular ground. Customers are responsible
for reporting freight-damaged goods to M&M Vehicles upon delivery AND noting it on the bill of
lading/delivery receipt. In cases of severe damage during ground shipments, refusal of shipment is
recommended, followed by immediate contact with M&M Vehicles to report the refusal.
Returns Policy: All returns must be in like-new condition and shipped freight prepaid back to
M&M Vehicles. A restocking fee of up to 25% will be applied upon receipt and inspection of the
returned items.
Payment Terms: All accounts are due in full within 30 days of invoicing. Accounts not settled within
this period will incur a 1.5% per month finance charge. Accounts outstanding beyond 45 days from the
invoice date will forfeit the free freight privilege for that particular order/invoice.
Prices: While the information in our digital catalog is presented in good faith and accurate as of the
latest revision, M&M Vehicles disclaims any representations or warranties regarding the
completeness or accuracy of the information. Prices are subject to fluctuation due to unforeseen
economic circumstances, tariffs, etc.
Warranty: M&M Vehicles stands behind the quality of all products manufactured against defects
in installation, limited to the manufactured product itself.
