CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR THE STAGING AND STORAGE FACILITY AND RAMP STRUCTURE PROJECT -RFP NO.

The Project’s Scope of Work includes, but not limited to, the preparation
for construction and the construction of the SSF and associated Ramp
Structure that serves the SSF, underground utility work and relocations,
demolition of existing car and bus ramps, and construction of a new
temporary ramping system to facilitate and maintain an uninterrupted
operation at the existing Main Terminal. Once the Project is completed,
the SSF and Ramp Structure will serve as a temporary terminal for the
duration of the existing PABT demolition and construction of the new
Main Terminal. The Port Authority expects zero impacts to all existing
operations, inclusive of all city street and tunnel traf昀椀c.

Contract #: W-32183, Desc: Contractor will be required to develop, furnish, install, test and place in-service a complete web
browser-based application solution that will allow MTA end users
to interface with the Automatic Train Supervision system for
NYCT’s B Division (“ATS-B”) through a standard web browser in
addition to the existing dedicated ATS-B workstations in MTA’s
subway system (“Thin Client”). In addition to providing the Thin
Client, the Contractor will be required to provide software to replace the existing Integrated Train Register Activity Console (“ITRAC”) application currently used by NYCT at existing ATS-B
workstations in the field and at signal towers locations. This Contract also requires the Contractor to enhance the ATS-B Trip Editor that was provided under Queens Boulevard West, so that the
