The JCC’s Adult Social Programs allow adults of all ages to
come together and explore Milwaukee, discover community, and make new friends. Whether you’re a first-time
parent looking to build your village or a semi-retired
adult seeking new hobbies, our Adult Social Programs
offer a wide range of fun and engaging activities to
help you find community in your next stage of life.

Founded in 1867, our mission is to provide supportive
services that will strengthen families, children and individuals
throughout the life cycle within the context of their unique
needs and traditions. We serve nearly 2,500 individuals
in Southeastern Wisconsin annually, including children,
seniors, adults with disabilities, mental health problems, and
substance use disorders and families with low household
incomes. Our programs include mental health and counseling
services, private pay and contract based case management
services, social services, and affordable and supported
housing. Jewish Family Services, Inc. is a partner agency of
the Milwaukee Jewish Federation and a beneficiary of the
United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha County
T Late Life Counseling

Our Late Life Counseling program provides seniors with
convenient access to mental health counseling services in
their own home, allowing seniors who are homebound
or otherwise unable to access outpatient services. Depression, anxiety, isolation, loss of loved ones, declining health
and financial worries are some of the issues addressed.
Limited to Milwaukee County residents age 60 or older.

and Holocaust Survivors

We offer services for a special population of aging adults
identified as Russian-speaking immigrants. Services include
restitution to those who were victims of Holocaust, translation
services Russian, Polish, Ukrainian, Hebrew and Yiddish,
food stamps and systemic monitoring of this program,
immigration forms and documents, housing matters,
medical interpretation at doctor’s offices and hospitals,
family conflict resolution as well as SSI, SSI+SS, disability
benefits, Medicare and Medicaid enrollment assistance.

The Jewish Home and Care Center Foundation supports the
mission of Ovation Communities which is to provide our
Jewish community with services that enable our older adults
to be part of a quality Jewish environment in a continuum of

program participants and patients in numerous ways including:
