BEER CLEAN GLASS FACTS
– All glasses should be washed at least once a day.
Head should
remain intact
– Odors and invisible 昀椀lm from smoke can occur in a matter of hours.
– Avoid dishwashing detergent. Surfactants and hand creaming
additives will destroy a foam head.
GLASS WASHING TYPES
– For manual cleaning use at least two sinks for:
1. Washing with glass washing detergent and suitable brush.
Any bubbles will rise to the head
(middle of the glass)
2. Rinsing with pure fresh water.
– For machine washing: Follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Never run glassware with pots, pans, dishes, and food utensils.
