WINNER
ORANGEDOOR
OrangeDoor had a truly transformative year in 2021. In a year where agencies were battling the deficits created by
the pandemic and keeping heads above water, OrangeDoor still managed to build for its future and achieved many
key accomplishments.
These include investing in a new leadership team and structure, rearticulating the company purpose, vision, mission,
values and beliefs, refreshing the agency brand and building the first stage of a new website.
The agency has also completely revitalised and built an internal care and culture infrastructure to enable its people to
be the best they can possibly be, which it believes has enabled it to hire some of the industry’s best talent.
New policies and activities include: a new menopause policy & a brand new breastfeeding policy; full wellbeing
programme and all staff activity programme including family events; an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion recruitment
policy; improved frequent one-to-ones and performance plans; two new Employee Recognition Awards; a Responsible Sourcing policy; and an improved Environmental policy.
OrangeDoor reported a 375% year-on-year increase in the number of virtual and hybrid events delivered in 2021, a
360% growth in net new clients in the same period and an 84% growth in full-time employees from the lowest point in
the previous year. Judges said it was clear that great strides had been made to advance the business and loved
some of the new benefits and focus on creating an environment that’s both supportive and fun.
