Founded in 2020, REALM provide destination management services in Australia, Bali, China,
New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and the Paci昀椀c Islands for clients including Forever
Living, Morris Meetings and Incentives, Totem Group, Power2 Motivate, BVLGARI and Volvo.
Judges were impressed by REALM’s strong business growth, sustainability, client servicing
and diversity. Over the last 12 months, the business has grown from 10 to 42 full-timers, from
30 to 218 clients, and delivered 157 events and 217.28% CAGR.
New products and services include creative and design support for companies looking to
achieve brand consistency across the diverse region, and a sustainable solution in partnership
with EarthCheck, which enables it to provide clients with a framework for sustainable event
practices including waste reduction, and carbon footprint minimisation.
REALM also formed partnerships with social enterprises to provide direct bene昀椀t back to
local communities. For example, the team in Vietnam recently partnered with a local social
enterprise and repurposed event backdrops into shopping bags and accessories.
Engaging in global tradeshows like IMEX, AIME, and PCMA Convening Leaders, REALM not
only connects with clients but also shares expertise, enhancing brand visibility. Over the past
two years, the business strategically pursued controlled growth to build a strong regional
reputation, and the current 73% conversion rate re昀氀ects the trust earned from loyal clientele.
