moving, but it was very dark.
Then, all of the sudden, before
David could even turn his head to
look, out jumped a LION!
The lion was trying to steal one of
his sheep. David sprang to his feet
and prayed to God as he ran. Quick
as a flash, he got between the Lion
and the sheep.
The Lion was faster though. He got
around David, and caught a sheep
right in his mouth.
David caught up to the lion and the
fight began. The lion pawed at
David, then turned to run off with a
sheep. That’s when David grabbed
that ol’ lion by his beard and hit him
