Catosh Chronicles 1974 -1978
I started my oreoghter
training in January 1974. I
was 22 years old. Prior to
this I was a telephone installer in Key Largo. In high
school and shortly thereafter, I
was a bag boy for Winn Dixie, a
catosh farmer and an avocado picker for dear old dad. I just
missed the Vietnam War. I was drafted, took my pre-induction
physical, and was sent home without being called for active
service.
