Bailey Street
In September 2023, the 昀椀rst resident moved into the
Bailey Street Apartments—an innovative project that
transformed a previously unused area of Village Center into a
smaller-scaled and affordable housing option for older adults.
These renovations were recognized by Senior Housing News
for their architecture and design.
By providing both entrance fee and Asset Preservation Plan
options, the Bailey Street Apartments have become our most
affordable living choice, expanding access to high-quality
senior housing while maintaining a strong sense of community
and connection to care.
Designed to foster social engagement and a welcoming
neighborhood feel, Bailey Street offers cozy, private
residences and shared community spaces—all intended
to encourage new friendships and a vibrant community

atmosphere. Additionally, four reservable spaces—the kitchen,
open dining room, private dining room, and media room—
offer further opportunities for gatherings and community
building among all Messiah Village residents.
