Throughout this report we have shared information concerning the challenges faced in our
industry, and our efforts in responding to them.
Beyond these matters we hold that more than a
business, our Company is a part of the communities in which we work and trade. Mercuria supports a range of charitable social programmes
and events, and believes it is essential to maintain close links between academia and industry.
We are proud of the engagement and personal
commitment of our employees for the impact
they add toward improving the world that we
share. As we continue to move forward, we will
be endeavoring to further encourage and support these efforts consistent with our corporate
commitment to Agenda 2030.

Industry Internships offered to the students

the trading sector. Our contributions also helped
to support the Institution’s operations in accordance with its mandate to develop talent for the

J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge
Mercuria offices in Shanghai and Singapore
have been supporting the participation of employees in J.P. Morgan Cooperate Challenge
since 2014. Every year more than 10 employees
in each office have joined this challenge, sharing
their passion and love for sports and in maintaining good health.
