climate change and there
are many steps that we
can take on a personal
level as well as on a corporate level and through
to the more macro diversification of our business activities. Mercuria’s
Agenda 2030 programme has implemented
a number of new measures to progress towards this goal in its offices, at its assets and
through investments into new and renewable
technologies. Last year Mercuria launched its
Office Sustainability Guidelines and its Green
and Sustainable Purchasing Policy.

of innovative start ups
related to transforming
our industry. We are firm
believers in the digitalization of our industry and
internally are investing
capital and resource into developing new technologies which we believe will transform the
way that we work. We strongly believe that the
industry in collaboration should drive these
progressions to ensure that they work for us
all and so our preference, where possible, is to
work in consortiums of industry participants
who can all help to shape the future in a way
that is inclusive of all parties for longer term
efficiencies and security.

some at our assets. We
pay taxes to local governments thereby creating
economic growth. We
promote and provide safe
and secure working environments for all of our
people. We are focused on providing opportunities for young people and are proactive in
ensuring that our people are compensated in
a way that is not influenced by their gender or
other personal factors.
