Pin Oak – Corpus Christi Terminal
• Mercuria holds a non-operating interest in the terminal facility which
had historically existed as a heavy crude / asphalt storage facility. The
facility has been further developed as an exporting crude oil terminal on
the Gulf Coast through the recent development of the Grey Oak Pipeline
connecting to the Permian Basin. The site has pipeline connections to
other nearby refineries and has been expanded to add 2.2 million barrels
of crude oil storage. The facility has rail loading / unloading facilities, a
truck rack and access to Aframax and barge docks.
Prisma Energy
• Mercuria holds an interest in Prisma Energy, an investment partnership focused on providing financial backing for renewable ventures in
the energy sector. Prisma currently has five portfolio companies and
is focused on distributed power generation projects in the US electric
markets, and development of renewable energy supplies and battery
storage for large commercial entities.
PT Kalimantan Energi Lestari
• Mercuria has full ownership, and oversees commercial and physical
operations of the open-pit coal mine located in East Kalimantan with
management teams in both Jakarta and Kalimantan. The mine has
substantial infrastructure (including dedicated haul roads, a state-ofthe-art coal wash plant and port facilities) and over 1000 employees
from the local community.
Qingdao Haiye Mercuria Logistics Terminal (DJK Logistics)
• Strategically located in Dong Jia Kou, Qingdao, China, the terminal is
designed to have a 400,000 square meters stockpile yard as well as a
200k dwt and a 100k dwt berth.
• The terminal is a joint venture were Mercuria owns a minority, non-operating interest.
• The terminal has multiple transportation interconnection capabilities
including railway lines which entered in operations in 2018.
QiQingdao Haiye Mercuria Storage Terminal (DJK Storage)
• Mercuria owns a minority interest in a joint venture company developing a new terminal located within Dong Jia Kou, Qingdao. The facility will
have a storage capacity of 2,460 thousand cubic meters and will have
interconnection to a pipeline to Weifang, China.
