Henry Bath & Son Ltd.
• Mercuria holds a non-operating interest in this independent subsidiary.
With warehouse locations around the globe, Henry Bath is recognized
as a bonded warehouse operator specializing in the handling of metals
and dry bulk goods, including aluminum and aluminum alloy, copper,
zinc, lead, nickel, tin, cocoa and coffee.
Inflection Energy
• Mercuria holds a non-operating, minority equity position in the privately
held partnership which is focused on natural gas development in the
Appalachian Region of the United States.
Mercuria Biofuels Brunsbüttel
• Mercuria holds full ownership of MBB, which is strategically located
at the crossroads of the Kiel Kanal and Elbe River in Northern Germany.
The facility is fully ISCC certified and produces RED (EU Renewable Energy Directive) compliant sustainable biodiesel fuel. The facility is capable of producing 250,000 metric tons of high quality biodiesel annually
from used cooking and vegetable oils.
Mercuria E&P Congo
• Mercuria is the operator of four offshore exploration licenses in the Republic of Congo with activities being conducted through a partnership
with WNR Congo, AOGC, and the National E&P company SNPC.
Metrogas SA
• Mercuria holds a non-operating equity position in the Argentinian gas
distribution joint-venture company “Metrogas”. The company provides
natural gas distribution services to commercial and residential customers in Argentina.
Phoenix Global Resources Plc.
• Mercuria holds a non-operating, minority equity in the publically traded,
independent oil and gas exploration and production company with assets primarily in Argentina; principally shale deposits in the Vaca Muerta
formation.
