Arsenal Energy Holdings, LLC
Formed in February of 2017, Arsenal is an up- stream oil and
gas producer focusing on exploration and production activities
and operations with- in the Marcellus Basin. Arsenal includes
assets previously held by Mountaineer Energy Holdings. Mercuria holds a minority stake of just over 6% of the entity.
CQ Energy Canada
An upstream oil and gas operator with production stretching
across the Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba
and Ontario Provinces in Canada. Existing operations include
11 major facilities and 12,850-km of pipelines with current
production capacity of 630 mmcfe/day. The entity holds
production rights to substantial areas with high potential for development through the use of advanced horizontal drilling and
completion technologies. Mercuria holds a minority interest of
approximately 36.4% of the entity.
Danskammer Energy, LLC
While Mercuria sold its ownership of the Danskammer Generating Station in the 4Q 2017 the story of both the benefit of
this asset to the local community and its commercial success
is a source of pride to Mercuria. An in-depth description of the
asset and Mercuria’s involvement is included in the following
section of this report.
Deeprock Energy Resources, LLC
While having sold its position in 4Q 2017, prior to that point
Mercuria held 38% of the Deeprock North joint-venture which
is an oil-storage facility located in Cushing, Oklahoma. The
facility is located as a major US pipeline hub which serves as
a WTI grade crude NYMEX delivery point. While no longer
holding ownership in Deeprock, Mercuria maintains leases on a
substantial number of storage facilities throughout the US and
Canada.
Fighting Sioux Resources, LLC
Mercuria holds a 50% equity in a joint venture in FS Resources
which is an independent producer focused on the development
of shale oil exploration and production in the Bakken basin.
Greensport Terminal
While having sold its position in 4Q 2017, prior to that point
Mercuria held 15% of the Greensport Terminal joint-venture
which is a terminal facility with access for rail cars and barges,
as well as pipeline connections to nearby Houston area refineries and storage facilities.
