Mercuria is proud to be a founding member of STSA, the Swiss Trading & Shipping Association, Mercuria commits to compliance with the STSA’s code of conduct.
In December 2018, Mercuria participated in the 1st intake for STSA’s new Business and Human Rights
Certificate. This course was created to assist commodity trading companies with the ever expanding
requirements for Human Rights Due Diligence. By participating in this course, employees were able to
identify, assess and mitigate human Rights risks by implementing the UNGP’s and OECD Guidelines.
