GOVERNANCE 2023
MATERIATLITY ANALYSIS
Our Materiality Analysis is conducted annually
and aims to gather anonymous employee

first assessing how important they perceive the
topic and then evaluating Mercuria’s perceived
prioritization of it. We highly value our
employees’ insights and use the survey
outcomes to improve our performance.
