York is a fantastic city all year round with superb
attractions to visit. Enjoy the many shops or wander
around fascinating streets such as The Shambles with
timber buildings dating back to the 13th Century. York is
the historic home of chocolate and the annual chocolate
festival takes place on Parliament Street with a number of
stalls featuring specialist origin chocolates, tru昀툀es, eggs,
and other chocolate specialities such as cakes, brownies,
macarons, chocolate 昀氀avoured drinks, liqueurs, and other
sweet treats. There is a festival bar and you can watch
hands-on demonstrations and take part in chocolate
making activities.

costumes, to celebrate the town where Bram Stoker visited
in 1890 and found some of his inspiration for 'Dracula’. The
Bizarre Bazaar Alternative Market features over 100 stalls
selling a variety of gothic items.
