If you have any special dietary
requirements these must be
noted at the time of booking and
will be included on your booking
form. They will also be
communicated to the hotel.

The Hotels we use are carefully chosen, we always select quality,
location, and service over price. We will not just buy in the cheapest
hotels possible as we think our passengers deserve more.
Single Rooms & Supplements
Demand for single rooms is always very high and early booking is
encouraged. We always try our best to get as many as we can from
our hotels with no supplement. We generally get an allocation of
single rooms, many of which have No Supplement, you will see NIL
on these meaning No Supplement on the allocation we have been
given. After these have been sold we need to ask for more and at
that point there is usually a varying supplement to be paid. We never
add anything to these, you would pay only what we pay for it.
If there is a price next to the SRS, then this supplement will be
charged for a single person as the room would generally be a double
room for sole use. If all the single rooms have been sold on the
holiday of your choice then we do operate a waiting list system and
our staff will be happy to add you to this. Year on year we are 昀椀nding
single rooms more di昀케cult to source at a reasonable price. It is
cheaper for you if you are travelling with a friend to share a twin
room at no supplement if its something acceptable to you. We also
operate a fair use policy, we may not allow any one group to book all
the single rooms in one booking, as it’s not fair on other passengers.
Groups Bookings
All our prices offer great value. However, we can often make them
even more tempting for parties of 20 or more travelling together.
Perhaps you like the idea of taking one of our advertised tours and
don’t need too many pick-up points. Or just tell us roughly where
you’d like to go, and for how long, we’ll come up with some mouthwatering ideas. Or give us more precise details of your plans and
we’ll just provide the transport. However you approach it, tell us
what you want us to do and watch us measure up to expectations.
None of our group leaders are disappointed by our response - and
there’s no charge for asking!

Excursions & Attractions
All excursions and attractions featured on your holiday are all
included in the price. We will never charge you any extra or try and
sell you anything extra. Occasionally at certain destinations local
guides and businesses may offer their services or events to you as
an extra, this is your choice and not compulsory. Some are good
value and may appeal to some passengers.
Luggage
We’d be really grateful if you could manage with
ONE CASE EACH, weighing no more than 20kg, two
small cases are always better than one large one
for two. This is partly for the bene昀椀t of those of us
who make all the luggage 昀椀t into the nooks and
crannies of coach holds and minibus luggage
compartments.
If a case is really heavy the hotel could refuse
porterage and we don’t want to be lifting our
own cases. After all we are on holiday.
Walking Aids, Wheelchairs & Scooters
Please be sure to tell us if you’re planning to bring a wheel-chair or
other mobility device. We are happy to transport your wheelchair, but
due to the limited luggage space it is important that you arrange this
when making your reservation. We always do our best to
accommodate Scooters, but getting them on to our feeder Vehicles
can be a problem, so we may request that scooters are brought to
the garage the day before departure of your tour. Please ask
a member of staff for details. Also bear in mind many
resorts have hire centres where you can obtain a hire
scooter at a reasonable price. Please be aware that our
drivers are not responsible for any damage to your
machine when manoeuvring to and from the coach
and please check that your chosen hotel allows
scooters.
Booking & Travel Documents
When a holiday is chosen a deposit is payable on booking. A booking
con昀椀rmation is then sent along with all the terms and conditions.
Usually 8 weeks before departure the balance becomes due. When
this has been paid your travel voucher, luggage labels and any
tickets are then dispatched to you. Passengers are advised an
approximate departure time and then 7 days before departure our
o昀케ce staff will telephone you with a 昀椀nal con昀椀rmation and your
exact home pick up time.
