“Maintaining the core values
that made LEA so successful
a company and continuing to
lead in design and technological
innovation are other factors that
attract and maintain employees.
Ensuring we have an environment
that keeps young people interested and excited is something I work
on,” says Wallace.
LEA engages its young
planners and engineers through
employing new methods such
as artificial intelligence and the
latest engineering technologies.
AI plays a role in much of what
the engineers do in research and
report writing.
“There will be other AI-based
software for engineers, not fully
developed, that are going to save
a lot of time and reduce costs for
our clients,” says Wallace.
Adds Tousaw: “We capitalize on
all of the data that is available to
us in this new day and age.”
