development, including workshops and lunch and learn sessions. “There’s a lot available for
people who may be interested in
furthering their education or just
getting a different perspective,”
says Mamdani.
Out-of-the-box ideas are
encouraged and there’s a yearly
innovation fund available to staff
who come up with new initiatives. “If you’re driven and you
want to contribute something,
there’s a way to do it at Ontario
Shores that’s really unique,” says
Mamdani. “We empower people
to do that.”
