Baked Fish
Serves 2-4 | Prep Time: 25 mins | Cook Time: 20 mins
Ingredients
Fish of your choice. We prefer white fish, but can use Salmon, etc.
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Lemon (optional)
15.5 oz. jar of Puttanesca sauce
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a medium saucepan, heat sauce to a low simmer, stirring occasionally.
3. Pat fish dry, then season with olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon (optional).
4. Place fish in a greased baking dish.
5. Bake fish for approximately 20 minutes, until it reaches the desired cook ness.
6. Plate fish and spoon sauce over it.
7. Server with a starch and vegetable.
