Integration Update
Following M Group Services acquisition
of Avonline in March, Avonline has now
successfully integrated into the Group; adopting
policies, procedures and branding, and is an
integral part of the Telecom Division.
Following Avonline’s contract win with Virgin Media
in July 2019, to deliver their ultrafast broadband
expansion programme, Avonline are continuously
working on a number of large tenders which will aim
to expand their footprint and provide them with a
greater scope in the services that they offer.
Rich Hale, Avonline Managing Director, said:
“Avonline has gone from strength-to-strength since
acquisition, with the benefits brought by the Group
we are on plan to deliver both increased revenue
and EBITDA targets. We have been able to push the
boundaries on expanding our offering and footprint,
