Virgin Media (VM) has initiated a project
to undertake a series of surveys on
Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) blocks prewired with VM services. The aim of this
project is to assess the cable condition
and network connectivity for the
delivery of VM UltraFast broadband, TV
and phone services.
The three-year-long project will survey
selected MDU blocks with a height greater
than 18m and that have been pre-wired prior
to 2015.
In addition, the survey will also benefit clients
by providing an infrastructure that meets or
exceeds the property owner’s requirements;
can deliver VM UltraFast broadband, TV
and phone services; and that is aesthetically
pleasing to the property’s owners.
