Hello and Welcome to the
Latest Issue of Telecom News.
I wanted to start this issue with a big thank you to
those who completed the recent People Opinion
Survey. Your feedback is not only a core driver for
action under our People Strategy, but essential
to making sure we can create an environment
for everyone in which they are engaged to deliver
great service for customers. I look forward to
sharing the high-level results with you in the New
Year and seeing the work on action planning
begin in January.
All of our teams have been extremely busy over
the past three months as we continue to deliver
outstanding work for our customers. This quarter
has seen the culmination of huge bid activity as
we seek to strengthen the Division’s positions
with key clients and secure market opportunities
which drive our growth.
Morrison Telecom Services have significantly
added to their order book with two major
framework wins; the next evolution of
Openreach’s network; the Openreach Network
Services Agreement (ONSA) and R100.
Magdalene have successfully secured new works
with MBNL and have completed their submission
for network maintenance and capital projects
work with Scottish Power Energy Networks
(SPEN). Avonline Networks has also been
engaged in tender discussions as they continue
to explore growth opportunities with Virgin Media.
As a result of your hard work, we are well
positioned to meet our growth targets and I want
to thank you all for your contributions. Please all
