Case Study: Women9s Network
Established in September 2022, our Women9s Network was formed after
identifying a need to better support and provide opportunities for women
across the business to connect. Over the past year, the Network has achieved
a positive impact on women and men within the business. This has been
showcased through a first major event on International Women9s Day 2023,
the formation of networking opportunities, women9s personal-development
workshops, as well as the launch of a Women in Leadership Apprenticeship to
which 3 employees have already enrolled.
This year the Women9s Network has
seen success with its shortlisting for the
Construction News & New Civil
Engineer Inspiring Women 2023:
Women9s Network of the Year Award.
This award nomination is a great
achievement, and hugely significant as
it9s less than a year since the Network
formed. Speaking on celebrating the
