Careers Fair in Peterborough

PECT Eco Awards
Milestone was the main sponsors of the PECT (Peterborough Environment City
Trust) Eco Awards for the 10th year running. Along with our supply chain, we
raised £6,000, as well as supporting the event in person by selecting winners for
a number of awards. It was amazing to see how engaged the children of
Peterborough were about achieving a greener future and protecting our planet.
Lend a Hand Day - PARCA
On 22 August, we attended the PARCA Centre
(who were our chosen charity for 2023). We
helped them transform their outdoor areas by
painting, weeding, trimming and tidying up. This
allowed families that attend the centre to be able to
enjoy it to the fullest during the warmer months.
School Events
Over the course of 2023, we helped many schools
across Peterborough with events such as Careers
Fairs, mock interviews and apprenticeship
evenings. In total, we volunteered 173 hours, as
well as building relationships with local schools in
the process.
