Foreword
At the beginning of 2023, Milestone Infrastructure
formalised it9s approach to Social Value (SV) with the
launch of the SV Strategy. Centred around Four Pillars, our
Strategy aligns with the Government9s Social Value Model.
The Strategy was built on the recognition of an already
established culture within our business that cares deeply
for the communities where we work.
The impact of the Strategy is reflected in this document,
a review of Milestone9s SV achievements for the financial
year 2023/24. A snapshot of our social value outcomes, this
document includes case studies aligned to the Four Pillars
with a focus on Milestone9s clients and sectors. 2023/24
was the benchmarking year, an opportunity for the business
to build the foundations for creating positive legacies in
local communities.
I hope that this Annual Review reflects the passion and
engagement of all those who have contributed to delivering
for the communities where we work. I also hope that it
inspires and creates even greater outcomes for the
following years.
