Case Study: Nuneaton Signs
Established in 1982, Nuneaton Signs has grown into one of the foremost sign making
organisations in the country. Proud of what they have achieved to date, their success
is due to a trained, skilled, dedicated workforce as well as an expert, highly motivated
leadership team.
Nuneaton Signs is a Social Enterprise who
invests all surplus back into their core
mission; to provide meaningful employment,
training and support for people with
disabilities through the manufacture and sale
of signs. Over 70% of Nuneaton Signs9
employees are disabled. This could be a
mental health condition, a physical disability
or a medical condition, with many having
more than one condition.
By choosing and supporting Nuneaton
Signs, Milestone is supporting the
provision of job opportunities, training
and support for disabled people.
Milestone is part of building a
community that is not biased and
allows everyone to participate in
society.
We worked closely with
Nuneaton Signs to create
coasters made of 100%
recycled materials for the
Highways UK conference.
