WHITE OUT GAME
The LSU Women’s Basketball team hosted number one seeded South Carolina
at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center on January 25th. In this thrilling white
out matchup, both teams brought the fire to the hoops with hopes to come
out with a win. The white arena of fans brought electricity the entirety of the
game. Freshman, Aneesah Morrow, had herself a day with 16 points and 13
rebounds, accruing another double double. Junior, Angel Reese, also aided the
competition with 15 points and eight rebounds. Hailey Van Lith added a threepointer to tie the game at 70-70. Despite their efforts, the Tigers unfortunately
fell short by just six points, making the final score 76-70.
