MARDI GRAS MAMBO
LSU’s annual Mardi Gras Mambo celebrating Mardi Gras was held
on February 6th. Louisiana has a long and colorful history with
Mardi Gras, and LSU held an event to bring an early taste of what
was to come during the Mardi Gras break. The Event had a visit
from Mike, the cheerleading team, Mardi Gras Indians, and circus
performers. With the music, a float, mask making, face painting,
beads (obviously), and tons of food like beignets and king cake,
everyone enjoyed themselves.
