Big Cheezy, the well known Baton Rouge Food Truck announced
in February of 2024 that they will be opening a restaurant. Big
Cheezy has won awards for the Mac & Cheese and their melts.
The most well known dish is their interesting grilled cheese
sandwiches. They will be taking the spot of what once was
Soulshine Kitchen and Bar. Big Cheezy was started in 2018 and the
truck spent much of its time at Tigerland. The restaurant is set to
open soon, but a date has not been released yet.
