LSU AT THE CAP
On April 19th, Louisiana’s State Capitol was lit up in purple
and gold in honor of LSU Day, an annual event that
recognizes LSU’s contributions to the state. The event brings
together the entire LSU system, showcasing their research
and achievements to legislators and guests. It serves as
a platform for demonstrating the power of LSU in terms of
research, expertise, and dedication to making a positive
impact. The LSU System encompasses a wide range of
disciplines, from health to liberal arts to business, which sets
it apart. LSU Day at the Capitol presents an opportunity to
highlight the collective efforts of all LSU campuses in order
to unify the state of Louisiana and LSU’s academic work.
