LATINX NIGHTLSU’s Latinx Center and Office of Multicultural held Latinx CulturalNight on September 30th, 2023 in the Student Union Ballroom. It’san important event that celebrates Latinx culture and heritagewith food, performances, and dance lessons. Additionally,Latinx Cultural Nights can serve as a platform for Latinx artists,musicians, and performers to showcase their talents. This is vital inelevating the voices and perspectives of Latinx individuals andcommunities; heightening representation and visibility. Latinx nightcan also serve as a way to educate others about the diversityand richness of Latinx cultures, while also providing a space formembers of the Latinx community to connect with one anotherand celebrate their shared identities.191
