End Your IRS Problems
Chapter 16: How
to Eliminate Any
IRS Penalty!
The IRS has the power to assess penalties in over 14 7
different types of situations. Almost every person or
business suffering from an IRS problem owes the IRS
even more because of penalties.
What you probably don’t know is that the IRS writes
off approximately 50% of all penalties when asked.
The key is that you have to ask! The IRS will not
volunteer any information about their likelihood to do
this. You MUST ask!
Why? Because penalty assessment has become a big
revenue source for the IRS and they don’t want you to
know you can get rid of penalties by simply asking.
You probably have some IRS penalties assessed
against you now, or you will find in the near future.
The penalty amounts can be excessive, and they will
continue to increase daily.
In order to get rid of penalties, the first thing you
must do is convince the IRS that you have a good
reason (excuse) for them to be removed.
I believe that every taxpayer’s reason (excuse) for
wanting to abate an IRS penalty is a good one. Here’s
why ... the most common IRS penalties are for late
filing or not paying. All you have to do is establish the
reason that you did not file or did not pay.
