INTERIM MANAGEMENT REPORT
The Directors are required to provide an Interim Management
Report in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority
(“FCA”) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (“DTR”).
The Directors consider that the Chair’s Statement on pages 4
and 5 and the Portfolio Manager’s Report on pages 6 and 7
of this Half-Yearly Financial Report provide details of the
important events which have occurred during the six months
ended 30 September 2024 (the ‘Period’) and their impact on
the financial statements.
The following statements on principal and emerging risks and
uncertainties, related party transactions, going concern and the
Directors’ Statement of Responsibility, together constitute the
Interim Management Report of the Company for the six months
ended 30 September 2024. The outlook for the Company
for the remaining six months of the year to 31 March 2025 is
discussed in the Chair’s Statement and the Portfolio Manager’s
Report.
