A. Increase financial sustainability with enough resources to ensure the
Foundation’s future.
1. Formulate and execute a platform/strategy to build/enhance
a revenue stream.
2. Increase small fundraiser opportunities, projects, and
programs
3. Extend annual donor program
4. Expand in-depth grant identification and writing capability
5. Enlarge sponsors and advertisers support base
6. Create and launch the legacy society
B. Develop succession planning for key roles and encourage
mentoring to prepare for future board leadership.
